Here's pictures of our 2014 visit to the
Goldendale Observatory.
I was worried that the roads would be icy or at least snow covered
but it turned out to be a mostly gorgeous day (thanks Eloise!). A little
cold and occasionally overcast and foggy. But we managed to get some
good pictures except that Mount Adams was completely in the fog along
the BZ-Glenwood Highway.
Pretty cold and socked in 5 miles from Glenwood. Things will
quickly change for the better once we get to town (thanks Eloise!).
Four miles down he road from the near whiteout was this gorgeous view of
Mount Adamas.
